Day 10: Rabbinic Tunnels, Church of St. Anne and the Pools of Bethesda we're Jesus healed the paralytic of 38 years, a walk down the Via Dolorosa which is a street within the Old City of Jerusalem, it is a devotional walk that was organized by the Franciscans to follow the steps of Jesus on the way to His crucifixion. Since Jesus stayed in Herod's palace after being tried, this is likely not the way He would've taken, nevertheless it is an inspiring walk of remembrance on your way to visit the Tomb of the Holy Sepulcher, The Muristan Christian quarter in the old city for a birthday celebration for two of our travelers and a visit to the Lutheran church of the Redeemer in Jerusalem to climb the 180 steps of the Luther tower (OK, well some of us did anyway)
