Vertiv announced the acquisition of BMarko Structures LLC, expected to strengthen our ex*****on capacity for manufactured and converged infrastructure.

As AI-driven data center deployments accelerate, customers require faster time to capacity, greater customization, and more control across the infrastructure layer. Bringing structural fabrication capabilities in-house is expected to further enable Vertiv to meet those demands—by expanding engineering and manufacturing capacity, further strengthening supply resilience at scale.

This acquisition vertically integrates a critical capability into Vertiv’s Infrastructure Solutions business in North America, supporting more scalable delivery across our portfolio as infrastructure requirements continue to evolve.
