BlackRock Rocks was born here. From our very beginnings to blowing the doors off our 10th Anniversary show, The Acoustic has always been a partner, an integral part of our event AND our lives. This announcement hits the BlackRock Rocks Krewe especially hard. We have the most heartfelt gratitude for the past and present owners for all you have contributed to foster the most amazing home for live music. We are sad to announce that we will be closing our doors for good. This decision has not been made lightly. Due the cost of overhead and the uncertainty of what business will look like for us we simply cannot continue to sustain our business and location any longer. We absolutely are open to suggestions. We'd like to thank everyone for all of the love and support over our 20 years. The experience of connecting with you all and the community through art and music has truly been a blessing. The world will eventually get back to normal and we cannot wait to continue the party when it does. But unfortunately at this time, we must step down.
