Had an amazing session with Faith Calhoun of Faith Solistics this week! Faith is an amazing Inner Child Life Coach. She helps guide you through seeing and feeling deep things and loving yourself through it.

There are so many things that we keep buried whether consciously or subconsciously from our childhood and taking some of those things with us day by day and into our future can make us feel heavy, even when we’re not aware and can block really positive doors from opening.

It can be an intimidating journey and it’s important to know that someone can properly guide you and hold space for you as you move through it. And Faith is the person to do that. 💞

And as a dear dear friend, she spoils me every so often with beautiful flowers and delicious food. Love you. 🤗
