Chasmanthium latifolium aka River Oats aka Fish-on-a-Stringer, oughtta be enough to help stabilize a few feet of riverbank. Together with annual grasses, erosion control matting, shrubs, and trees, Plants are the solution to sediment pollution. Native grasses can be seeded or plugged to complement any proper erosion control effort.
