A LEED for Homes Provider organization is the liaison between the USGBC and the project team, coordinating closely with the Green Rater from start to finish. As your LEED-H Provider, BER will:⁠
⁠
✅️Provide project support right from the outset⁠
✅️Register projects with the USGBC on your behalf⁠
✅️Provide quality assurance on each project, reviewing documentation and identifying opportunities throughout the building process⁠
✅️Offer technical assistance to ensure success at the final certification stage⁠
✅️Submit the final documentation to the USGBC for Certification⁠

This Earth Day, we are proud to be part of an industry that is actively shaping a more sustainable future. The building performance industry plays a critical role in improving energy efficiency, conserving resources, and creating healthier homes for communities across the country.

The impact is real and you can see it in the numbers. According to RESNET’s 2025 Annual Report, more than 420,000 homes nationwide received a HERS rating, helping avoid 1.4 million tons of carbon emissions and saving 444 million gallons of water.
