Had a coworker get into a freak accident yesterday while snipping/pulling staples from a piece of furniture. Snipping the staple generated enough force to send a 7/16” staple fragment 1/2” an inch into his eye. Missing his major vision components by merely 1/16” of an inch.

This is why OSHA exists.

Pat on the back to this guy for sitting around for just under an hour holding his eyelid open so it wouldn’t catch on the staple.

Something most anybody would’ve casually done the same way any other day. Never again on this team!
