Breaking RLI Advocacy News! The EPA and Army Corps have released a proposed rule with "a clear, durable, common-sense definition of 'waters of the United States' (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act".

When final, the rule will cut red tape and provide consistency and clarity to farmers, ranchers, developers, and landowners.

The EPA used commentary from nine public listening sessions as input to the revisions.
