I'm excited to learn today is 𝙎𝙖𝙮 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙉𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝘿𝙖𝙮- a day to remember and speak the names of little ones lost to miscarriage, stillbirth, and child loss.

For too long, silence and stigma have made parents feel like their children shouldn’t be spoken about. I choose to break that silence.

𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘈𝘯𝘢𝘪𝘴 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘮𝘴 is forever my baby—and my “why” behind 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻?

Our children matter. They deserve to be remembered, spoken of, and included in our stories.

Social Workers are here for it all--grief, crisis, healing, advocacy, and hope. We show up for others in their most vulnerable moments, often while quietly carrying our own.

Let this month be a reminder that the hearts that care for others deserve care too. 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘵. 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦. Extend to yourself the same compassion you so freely give others daily.

Your heart, your dedication, and your work matter more than you know. I'm happy to be here with you. 💐
