Insulation complete. Now, back to pine tongue and groove.

One wall complete. Or is it? I don’t know yet what I will do, if anything, with the exposed gable wall. Ellouise doesn’t want me to do anything more with it. But I’m having a hard time just leaving it as is. What would you do, or want? Thinking insulation and plywood at the very least.
