The most challenging part of this project has been engineering it to be both freestanding and collapseable and I am happy to say that that portion of the project is now complete and I can start working on the details of each section

Will have more updates as I progress on the individual sections

P.S. if you want to see the finished piece once it's complete in person, then i suggest you get tickets for this year's Tabernacle of Oddities as it will be a prominent piece at the show

While cleaning my studio I came across an old portfolio of drawings I started and never finished from back in my art school days...I was very into surrealism back then if that's not evident 🤣

Working out some of the tracery placement, this is just cardboard pieces right now but will be made of wood in the final piece

It's getting...bigger!

It's so big I had to move it out of the garage and into the studio to continue working on it

Still framing out my latest build, this is only about 1/5th of the total design... more to come!
