We started off with a variation of the good morning, focusing on each leg individually. Weight progression each set then followed it immediately with hamstring curls. The curls were split up into half reps at the bottom, half reps at the peak of the contraction and full range of motion. 🔥. Then we did rows standing more upright than usual. As long as you get your elbows as far as you can behind you during the pull, it really hits the lower lats. That was combined with a lat pull down variation to hit the lats from a different angle. Then came cable rows, make sure the thumbs come to the bottom of the chest and really squeeze your shoulder blades back in the contracted position. Shawn #

One of the special ops guys, Shawn, and I decided to take a stroll through the neighborhood. Of course not just any kind of stroll. Walking lunges for 3/4 of a mile, nonstop. To be uncommon among the common is notable, to be uncommon amongst the uncommon is the goal.
