⚾️ Got in an early morning recovery session with these baseball studs yesterday. We focused on light strengthening, shoulder and thoracic mobility, soft tissue work with dry needling, and ended with hip flexibility. Each person had activities designated for them and what they needed for their specific recovery. One size doesn’t fit all and neither should your therapy/recovery program.

⚾️ For recovery days, we also recommend a whole body cryotherapy session (PerformanceCryo) at the end to pull it all together. We are proud to say that we have one at Performance Brandon to make this even more convenient. We are creating a space that’s one of a kind, built simply to give our community and patients what they need. Check out our space so far! We are proud of our expansion and what’s continuing to come.

I know the week isn’t over, but holy cow guys. Y’all have showed up and showed out. I knew this venture would do great in a town like Brandon.
