📬 One Email Can Save Lives
Emergency alerts should reach every family, no matter where they live.

TIFF is making it possible for families to get faster notifications during critical moments — but it depends on awareness and action at the state level. 💙

If your state hasn’t adopted TIFF yet, send a note to your DMV Director and encourage them to explore this life-saving system.

👏 Small actions today can lead to nationwide impact tomorrow.

This morning was coffee with a candidate. Thomas Schwarz is running for City Council of which TIFF is familiar with. Appearing before the council twice, receiving the Key to the City award by Mayor Gene Brown and a proclamation.
Thomas and I chatted once before this meeting on the phone and glad I followed up with an in person. 😁
Great young man with very similar interests I myself have for my hometown of Bradenton.
But it was his sincere interest and amazement of the story of TIFF, what TIFF has become and the work that has went into it. 20 long years.
What made this young man different is that after I had that phone call with him, he posted on meeting me, his amazement of TIFF To Inform Families First, but he actually spelked her name correctly. Tiffiany 💜 I commented on that and he said, " I do my research "
So Thomas good luck and will be watching what happens in October.

How important is registering your emergency contact information? Ask Sonja Mucks pictured 3rd from left in white jacket.
On this day in 2024, Sonja went to the capitol representing TIFF, TIFF To Inform Families First as it was signed into law, implemented in the State of Wisconsin and signed by Governor Tony Evers while holding a picture of my daughter Tiffiany.
Sonja also brought a picture of her son Max who died in a crash on a bridge I'm quite familiar with, The Hoan Bridge in Milwaukee, my home state.
For this mother it took 16 HOURS for her and her family to be given the horrific news.
What if it hadn't taken 19 years for Wisconsin to implement the solution TIFF provides law enforcement of knowing quickly who to notify with a simple swipe of the license.
Would the outcome have been different? We will never know but it's something Sonja and I replay in our minds over and over.
So, is registering with TIFF a priority for you and your family or is it something you just haven't got around to.
Peace of Mind is a great feeling for families to have and it's a simple click away.
