Montana’s youth mental health crisis calls for tools that build resilience early—not just when things reach a breaking point.
So...why mindfulness?
Mindfulness is available anytime, anywhere. Whatever your age or background, mindfulness helps regulate our emotions in real-time. We become more patient and resilience when challenges arise. We learn to create space and pause when we negative self-talk is all we can hear. We use our breath to return to the present moment. We begin to remember what it's like to feel safe inside ourselves, and to find joy in daily life.
Above all else: Mindfulness offers us a way back to baseline.
