Taping boxing texturing and filling screws

I’m recently getting too busy at work and I’m looking to hire on some help doing finish drywall this consists of taping, first coat, finish coat and texture pay will depend on experience and speed. Will pay more if you have your own tools. Preferably like to hire independent contractors but if you’re not I might work with you depending on your experience just let me know. Jobs consist of mostly new construction some remodels you must have your own vehicle to get around. this is not a full-time position I’m only needing this to get caught up with work but could work into a full time consistent job in the future. undetermined how many hours per week it’ll be.
