I know , I know - DISH PIT doesn’t sound like the most fam proud gig - but I can say this - the pay is great, the company is great, the chefs are celebrities , the food is awesome - and the hours are not half bad.

Plus - the best part - this is outside - with a super cool dish machine rig outside - like - Mountain View’s ? Can’t beat that !

A beautiful way to end a perfect night on the ranch !

We kicked off our first dinner of the season last week at North Bridger Bison and as I realized the first year - ending with the ranch owners favorite dessert is a major bonus bite ! ICE CREAM!!!!

Inspired by Conservation Grains RYE flour and Bear Canyon Farm first cut rhubarb of the season- voila - a delicious RYE + RHUBARB dessert !

Rye molasses cookie. Rhubarb jam. Honey ice cream!!!

In this little tiny bowl - even the bowl actually -full of local producers and small business owners ! Deep breath, it’s a dreamy way to end the evening !

Rhubarb, the real hero of Spring + early summer! Just when you’ve had enough winter squash, roots , and shoots , and apples - here comes rhubarb to let you know you made it !! You made it to longer days , greener pastures , bright, bold flavors of a new season bursting !
