I feel ya! If you are an endurance athlete from running to endurance skating, just stay here for this vide.
This information is based on real life experiences and how I adjusted when roller skating long distances for 4-5hrs at certain times.
I am right there with you with the knee pain and the cool thing about our bodies is how we can adapt. I remember when my body started to become extremely stronger when I roller skated across the U.S. It was so cool to see my body adapt to protect my body so I was developing different muscles in different areas.

Looks like bliss ☺️
But somedays can be a challenge with what we are witnessing in our world.
I could easily make you all think that my life is bliss but it's not. What's behind the phone is something different and there are days where I am exhausted and completely mentally drained.
Creating content isn't easy and somedays, I just fkn hate social media. Meta sucks, really it does.
Then there are days where I wish I could be out there, protesting in areas that need us. Yes, it is a privilege to be able to travel to different areas across the U.S. to help with the protests. Many of us do what we can.
And there are days where I just want to scream at the people of this world who just are stuck in their own bubble while they look at you like you're the crazy one for speaking up. The mentality of, "it's not bothering me or hurting me so I don't need to help." FK THAT SH*T!
And some who just prefer to watch it all happen right infront of them and have a BBQ with their friends while ICE is ripping families apart and children and families are being starved in ICEs concentration camps.
Forget the people who follow Trump. They are lost. Extremely lost! It's easy - you follow Trump, you support pe******ia. There's no working around that.
And I do have a hard time when friends reach out and ask, "how's life, how are you and the family? Are you well?" And when I say, "Honestly, no, the world is on fkn fire...have you seen it? Everyday is a challenge to see something new happening with Trump mirroring H*tler." Then, there's crickets.....theres no response, or they don't answer it and move on with, "well I just went to visit family. I just went to hang with friends in Hawaii. I just went to visit New Zealand for the first time. Family is doing great and I couldn't be happier."
I'm glad they are doing well, honestly I am. But then thats where I want to disconnect myself from them. Why? Because where's their humanity? Where's their honesty? Where's their heart?

I can't tell ya how exciting this is!
We started from packaging up stickers on our dresser with NO space at all. It was extremely small but we made it happen.
I remember the day Nate and I both said, "fk it! We're gona do it!" It was a huge leap and to us, we have come so far as a small business.
Nate and I both do a lot of the designing, while he does the behind the scenes work of keeping the website up to date, sending out newsletters, and way more! I do most of the content creation and help with orders. It's a process but we love it.
After years of working in our fields as in the career fields we thought we'd stay within for our entire working lives, we wanted a career change. We wanted to be our own boss’s and do our own thing so we took that leap of faith during a hard financial time and did it!
