Lately I haven't been making the best decisions. I'll be the first to admit it!

I have indulged in one too many alcoholic beverages, smoked one too many ci******es, haven't exercised in weeks, and didn't give a damn about what I ate.

And I can tell! It is affecting everything! My mood, my sleep, my digestion, my mental clarity, my chronic pain...everything! I've been wanting to change my habits but...you know...life happens and your back where you started.

Last week I ordered my 2022 convention kit without fully understanding what was in it. I am so happy I did! I got the box in the mail last night and was going to open it on FB Live but then I remembered I didn't know what I was going to talk about and remembered seeing a training course about this new MetaPWR line. So after about 2 hours of watching the videos (and the Steelers lose 😢) I am on fire for this stuff!

I mean who wouldn't be excited to have their fat cells shrink? Like I've seen microscope slides of fat cells that have been withered down to almost nothing! In 14 days!

Is this a magic potion? Maybe...but I'll probably have to make some better, healthier decisions than the ones I've been making. But getting a boost along the way and seeing results sooner isn't gonna hurt! 😉
