We are a multi-line Insurance Agency looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Agency.
In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent computer and verbal communication skills.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and providing first level resolution
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable, have your own transportation and be Drama free
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Prior office administration experience is a plus
