I’m Chloe Kinney, a senior catcher at Bowie High School and a four-year varsity softball player. I was honored to be named First Team All-District my freshman and sophomore seasons and Catcher of the Year my junior year. I take pride in my dedication, leadership, and passion for the game.

There’s a lot to be said for competing in a district like ours.

We always talk about how tough our district is in softball—but the truth is, that level of competition is the best preparation these girls can get, especially for those looking to play at the next level. From committed athletes across the district to strong pitching, aggressive base running, and solid defense—you’re challenged every single game.

While our playoff run came to an end last night in the Area round, we want to give a huge shoutout to the teams we battled all season. Jacksboro, Holliday, and Iowa Park—we’re rooting for you. Go show them what our district is all about and go kick some butt!
