Your individual plan may vary; thus we will contact your insurance company for you to find out full details of your specific physical therapy benefits. This may include any deductible amount still owed for the year, a per visit co-payment amount, and/or a per visit percentage you may be required to pay.
We also have reasonable private payment options for plans which may not be listed above, to meet your needs and give you access to our care.
