Did you know that there are special shoes designed specifically for pickleball?

Yes, you could just throw on a pair of tennis shoes, but if you're using running shoes, you may want to consider switching to a court shoe. Running shoes are designed for forward motion; whereas, in pickleball, there is a lot of side-to-side and pivoting motions. Make sure you wear the correct footwear, such as court shoes, or even better, pickleball shoes!
