Emily Wishall
I'm down to just one site now. emilywishall.com, fully refreshed & reflecting where my work is today. 🎉
Since I started my Rolfing training back in 2013, I knew I'd end up doing more than just Rolfing. I wanted the lens of the fascia & Structural Integration at the center of how I supported a person.
Because it always felt so holistic to me, seeing all of someone: structurally, energetically, emotionally, mentally, & spiritually.
What I keep seeing now, session after session, is the same thing.
A woman becoming more connected to her Sovereign Self. Clear.
Grounded. Steady. Centered in herself and in her own knowing.
This is what I call Embodied Feminine Leadership. And when she's there, the feminine is fierce. She is bold. She will f*ck s**t up when she needs to. That mama bear energy is ready to build, to create, to get things done.
Helping women come home to their bodies and lead from that place.

Today, Monday June 15th at 6pm MDT, I'm teaching Mapping the Pelvis Live and virtually, and you're invited.
Your pelvis is the physical center of your body, and one of the most overlooked places women carry tension, disconnection, & unease.
When you learn to connect here, & stay here, it becomes a source of safety, security, & confidence.

I'm sponsoring Her Voice Rising on June 26 because the whole point of this event is what I care about most.
Women being visible. Women using their actual voice. Women gathered in person.
As a Somatic Coach and Rolfer, I work with women every day who are learning to take up space, speak up, and lead from a grounded place.
I'll be hosting the Somatic Support Room, a place to drop in and breathe between sessions. Come find me there.

Life feels really fast right now.
It's one of the most common things I hear from women.
A few months ago, I was looking ahead at a particularly full week.
My calendar was packed, but it was packed with things I wanted to show up for.
There wasn't really anything I wanted to remove.
What I wanted was more space.
Since I couldn't create more space in my schedule, I got curious about creating more space within myself.
The practice that emerged was surprisingly simple:
Rest in the basin of your pelvic bowl.
Again and again throughout that week, I would bring my attention back to my pelvis and the support beneath me.
I noticed I could soften.
Breathe.
Receive support.
Remember that I didn't have to hold everything up on my own.
What I found was that space wasn't something I needed to find.
It was something I could experience.
It's a practice I've continued ever since.
This is one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping women develop a deeper relationship with their pelvis.
Not just anatomically.
Experientially.
Because the more connected I become to this part of myself, the more supported, grounded, and spacious I feel.
On June 15th, I'm teaching a virtual workshop called Mapping Your Pelvis.
We'll explore this remarkable center of the body and begin developing a more refined relationship with it physically, emotionally, and energetically.
If you're craving a little more space in your life right now, I'd love to have you join us.
