You already know Ace has all the best vibes but these new cocktails are on another level. Imagine sipping on some of these with vinyls spinning, a perfect night imo 🍸

My favs were:
Peel Good Inc (banana, gin, strawberry, and citrus)
Kiwi Konspiracy (bourbon, aperol, campari, lemon, and kiwi)
Tangerine Dream (orange vodka, bourbon, shochu, and cream)
No Secrets (clarified vanilla rum, orange, and brûléed sugar)

Carrot cake ice cream!!!!!!

Not only is Edison's Ice Cream completely gluten free, they always have delicious seasonal flavors. Don’t get me wrong, I love their classic vanilla with olive oil drizzle and flaky salt, but this carrot cake limited edition flavor is phenomenal 🥕

Pro tip: get your scoop in a cup and ask for cone pieces on the side so that way you get a piece of their delicious cone in every bite 😋

Bellota in Boulder is a must try spot. The Mexican Caesar Salad was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before and the broccoli?? Who knew veggies could be so good??
