Schedule:
• Wednesday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay & perks:
💵 $13.80/hour + tips
💰 Tip pool — everything is shared

The rhythm:
⚡ Weekends are fast & energetic
🌿 Weekdays are more chill, but require focus, organization, and care

What you’ll do:
☕ Make drinks throughout the day
🥐 Front of house service with genuine warmth
📦 Keep track of produce & help with ordering (timing matters)
✨ Help keep the café flowing smoothly

You are:
• Friendly, reliable, and organized
• Fast when it’s busy, focused when it’s calm
• Professional, warm, and proactive
• Barista experience is a plus, good energy is essential
