I've listened to a lot of speakers over the years.
Every once in a while, someone says something that follows you around for a few days.
Mackenzie McNamara said:
"We are not just a sacred trust. We are the sacred trust."
That one stayed with me.
Not because it's clever.
Because it's a reminder.
Every day, people walk into our offices and trust us with their health, their families, their fears, their hopes, and often their last bit of optimism.
That's never something to take lightly.
When I heard Mackenzie say those words, it reminded me why this profession matters.
Take a listen.
I'd love to hear what stands out to you.

The older I get, the more I appreciate how intelligent the human body really is.
Somewhere along the way, many people were taught to see the body as something fragile.
Something that needs constant fixing.
Something that works against them.
My experience has been very different.
I've seen the body adapt through incredible circumstances.
I've seen people discover levels of healing, growth, and resilience they never thought were available to them.
Not through force.
Not through fighting themselves.
Through greater connection.
Greater awareness.
Greater coherence.
That perspective has shaped the way I see Chiropractic.
At its heart, Chiropractic honors the intelligence that already exists within you.
An intelligence that has been adapting, learning, and responding to life since your very first breath.
There is something beautiful about remembering that.
Sometimes a simple shift in perspective changes everything.
Share this with someone who comes to mind.

I've noticed something over the years.
The biggest challenges in practice rarely happen because of one major mistake. They happen slowly. A little less attention to detail. A little less study. A little less intention. A little less follow-through. Then one day you look around and realize that what was once extraordinary has become ordinary.
The culture shifts. The energy shifts. Expectations shift. The standard slips.
The Docs and teams that continue to grow, continue to serve, and continue to make a bigger impact aren't necessarily more talented than everyone else. They simply refuse to lower the standard. When it's busy. When it's hard. When they're tired. When nobody is watching.
Serving is never taken lightly.
I've come to believe that the standard isn't something you announce. It isn't something you write on a wall or talk about at a meeting. It's something you choose over and over again through your actions, your habits, your preparation, and your willingness to do the little things that others eventually stop doing.
As we move through another year, I've found myself reflecting on that question. Not what standard did we set? What standard are we actually living?
What standard are you committed to holding in your practice right now?

I've always believed a chiropractic office is more than a place people come to receive care.
It's a lighthouse.
In the middle of a world filled with stress, disconnection, and uncertainty, your office represents something different. It offers people a place to reconnect with their health, their potential, and a different way of experiencing life.
What makes that possible isn't just the care being delivered. It's the environment being created.
The team. The doctors. The practice members. Every interaction contributes to the experience people have when they walk through the door.
There's a moment most chiropractors understand.
The hand hits the doorknob, and everything outside the office fades into the background. You become fully present. Fully focused. Fully committed to serving the people waiting on the other side.
That's not pressure.
Its purpose.
And it's one of the greatest privileges of this profession.
