Since it’s May 4th… may the fourth be with you on all your outdoor adventures ⭐🚴

May is also Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re celebrating by getting outside ☀️

Join the Pedaling Minds May Outdoor Challenge: spend 5 intentional hours outdoors this month doing something that helps you reset, recharge, and take care of yourself.

Ride your bike. Go for a walk. Sit in the sun. Explore somewhere new. Bring a friend or enjoy the quiet solo time — it all counts.

Everyone who completes their 5 hours will receive a mystery gift at the end of the month 👀

Because caring for your mental health can start with something as simple as stepping outside.

It usually starts the same way…Frustration. Tears. “I can’t do it.”

For a lot of kids (and parents), learning to ride a bike is a major milestone, but can also be a struggle.

One parent told us they spent two full summers trying to teach their child to ride. Another said their child had already tried multiple camps and still didn’t feel confident.

Then something changed.

After 1-on-1 coaching sessions, we heard things like:
→ “A night and day difference in attitude and enthusiasm.”
→ “They finally had the confidence to get up and stay up.”
→ “They’re asking to ride their bikes three times a day.”

That’s the power of 1-on-1 coaching 💛

For us, it’s not solely about learning to ride. It’s about building confidence, trust, and giving kids a win they’ll carry with them for years to come.

If your child is feeling stuck, you’re not alone, and they’re not out of options.
