In March, we had the joy of planning and designing the coziest rehearsal dinner for Mary Ilene + Walker at Tavernetta Vail, nestled within the Four Seasons Resort Vail in the heart of Vail Village. As a destination wedding weekend in Colorado, the evening was designed to warmly welcome guests while embracing the intimate mountain atmosphere Vail is known for.

Tavernetta Vail provided the perfect setting for this rehearsal dinner; elevated yet inviting, with beautiful interiors that created an effortless backdrop for gathering. Layers of texture, color, and thoughtful tabletop details from Eclectic Hive paired beautifully with the organic florals by Wandering Poppy, bringing warmth and depth to the space while keeping the overall design refined and relaxed.

Guests enjoyed an evening filled with incredible food, meaningful toasts, and live entertainment by Eric Benny Bloom, setting the tone for the wedding celebrations to come. Personal paper details by Scriptura added another thoughtful layer to the guest experience, while every moment was beautifully captured by Paula B Photography and content by Weddings by NView.

There is something so special about rehearsal dinners in Vail, welcoming loved ones to the mountains, slowing down before the wedding day, and creating intentional moments together. This evening was exactly that, and we loved every second of bringing it to life!

We are beyond thrilled to see Ansley + Caleb’s beautiful Aspen wedding featured on the homepage! It was such an honor to work with not only these two incredible people, but also Ansley’s wonderful mom, Whitney, throughout the planning and design process. Because both A + C were finishing dental school, we collaborated closely with Whitney to bring their vision to life, and every detail reflected the love, intentionality, and joy behind this celebration.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Maroon Bells at T Lazy 7, their wedding was the epitome of a perfect bluebird Aspen day. From the very beginning, Ansley and Whitney had such a clear vision for the design: green and white with pops of pink, whimsical hand-drawn stationery, green lattice details woven throughout, and lush garden florals full of texture and color. Their thoughtful direction made every design decision feel seamless and intentional.

We are endlessly grateful to our incredible vendor team for bringing this vision to life and so excited to celebrate this feature with everyone involved.

Nothing like an après-ski day after the wedding festivities! ⛷️ Guests from Mary Illene and Walker’s March wedding hit the slopes for a group ski day before gathering at Tavern on the Arrabelle for an unforgettable après celebration. The event featured an incredible custom ice bar and ice luge by Fear No Ice, complete with florals frozen into the ice and a stunning floral cascade by Wandering Poppy. After a day on the mountain, guests warmed up with live music from Eric Benny Bloom and celebrated Mary Illene and Walker’s post-wedding weekend in true apres ski style.
