Welcome Winter News from Tracey Jacobs LMT   Welcome Winter   A warm and joyful hello to you! I hope this winter is starting off on a good foot for all of you. This is a short note to let you know I am back to work!

🚴‍♀️Women’s training ride 🚴‍♀️

I put together a last minute ride to teach some technique and practice skills both on pavement and dirt.
Solid ride practicing pack riding, cornering on dirt, keeping a strong pace together, fueling, climbing and descending.
It was a small but
powerful group 💪💥
