One World Training leaders Dieter Bruhn and Tan Le (Grace) continue to make an impact in Laos, engaging with teacher trainers and students at Khang Khai Teacher Training College.

Promoting international education means more than sharing knowledge. It means building connections, supporting educators, and creating lasting impact in classrooms around the world.

We are honored to be part of this important work.

How should educators respond to the rise of AI in the classroom?

According to recent work by One World Training in Vietnam, 100% of surveyed students reported using AI tools as part of their learning.

The question is no longer whether students are using AI. That ship has sailed.

The real challenge is how AI is being used and how educators can guide that process effectively.

Through its training programs across the region, One World Training emphasizes that AI should not be treated as a shortcut for answers, but as a tool to support deeper thinking and learning.

This requires a shift in approach.

Educators must be equipped to guide students in using AI ethically, responsibly, and thoughtfully, while also challenging them to:
• ask better questions
• think more critically
• engage more deeply with ideas

When used effectively, AI does not replace learning. It enhances it.

In an AI-powered world, the role of education is not to control access to information, but to develop better thinkers.
