You may have noticed we use the term “standard tree” when we're talking about trees. What exactly is a “standard tree”?

A “standard tree” is a standardized unit of measurement for forest biomass. It represents a tree equivalent that reaches approximately:
🌲 40 feet tall
🌲 7 inches in trunk diameter

Using standard trees helps ensure environmental impact is measured consistently across different species, sizes, and ecosystems. 📏

Sustainable print is evolving beyond responsible sourcing alone.

As climate commitments and sustainability expectations continue to grow, many printers and packaging companies are looking for ways to create measurable environmental impact — not just reduce harm.

That’s where reforestation comes in. 🌲

By connecting paper and fiber consumption directly to certified restoration projects, businesses can support biodiversity, rebuild ecosystems, and contribute to long-term forest resilience.
