He will share how reverse mortgages can help your 60+ clients stay in their home or purchase a new home without the qualifying income traditional mortgages require. Steve will review:

- How are reverse mortgages different from conventional loans?
- How safe are reverse mortgages?
- How are beneficiaries and heirs protected?

September's program promises to be an important and enlightening one and the speaker is Gretchen Fair, LCSW from the Blue Sky Bridge in Boulder. She will be discussing topics about child sexual abuse.

This program is a great opportunity for CFI’s and PRE’s to get started on meeting the training requirements necessary under the new legislation taking effect January 1, 2022 (HB21-1228).
