Join Russ Hudson - one of the world’s leading Enneagram teachers - for a deep exploration of the Enneagram as a path of awakening to our true nature. A longtime student of the Diamond Approach, founded by A.H. Almaas, Russ brings decades of insight to this work.

In this five-part program, we will explore how personality patterns relate to their essential core, how each Enneatype expresses fundamental human qualities, and how adaptive strategies arise from a felt loss of essence. Russ’s experiential teaching integrates body, heart, and mind.

This will be a gentle and supportive space to quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself, and deepen your experience of presence and inner stillness.

The day will be guided by Diamond Approach teachers Maggie Tibbetts and Rich Thompson.
