In the spring of 1994, Steven Goryl led the First Environmental Expedition to the top of Mt. Everest, aiming for more than just the summit 🏔️
Hear a firsthand account of the expedition from Steve—a historic effort that removed 5000 lbs of trash from the world’s tallest peak.
We’ll round out the evening with a gear giveaway to benefit , a local nonprofit dedicated to keeping our outdoor spaces clean. Prizes will include photos and Everest summit rocks from Steve’s expedition!
