Originally designed to meet standard City of Denver code requirements, this 4,133 SF Denver home needed a push to meet its owners’ commitment to long-term performance, comfort, and reduced operational energy.

Certified Passive House Consultant, Point 6 LLC worked with RJ Architectural Services to translate the architectural intent into PH-compliant construction documents and performance targets. The home was re-routed toward Passive House standards with surprisingly few challenges along the way.

Come experience this project first-hand! It features enclosure upgrades, double-stud wall construction, heat pumps, an ERV, and more.

The Colorado Green Building Guild has teamed up with Passive House Rocky Mountains in 2026 to bring you a series of online + in-person events that follow projects throughout their life cycle.
