Good morning from our beautiful Next7 garden here in Boulder, Colorado! 🌞
This morning we took some time to notice all the wild plants, flowers and herbs growing around our garden. What may seem like weeds to some, are treasures to others 🌱
Remember that Nature has purpose for everything. Take the time to look closer and recognize the beauty and potential in everything around you! 🌎
First Harvest of the season for our garden! 🥒🥬
As the season calls for it, extracting all those rich nutrients into a broth with a low temp, overnight, slow cook, ensures that the nutrients stay intact! 🍲
