Come and join the helpful, supportive, and fun community of CU Toastmasters. We have an excellent group of members that we would be more than happy for you to join. Our group likes to put a fun spin on the art of public speaking. Sometimes our meetings will feel like a comedy club, or a debate, or any public speaking event you could imagine. One example of a fun and useful activity was when we were all trying to sell a random object in our classroom to our group. I remember trying to sell a pen(remember Wolf of Wallstreet?) to our group and it was quite the experience. We allow EVERYONE numerous opportunities to practice in front of large online groups. CU Toastmasters offers a safe, non-judgmental place to conquer the fear of public speaking. Our members and leaders will make you feel comfortable to freely practice this critical skill. I personally struggled in my first few speeches due to nerves and anxiety, but the support and non-judgemental attitude of our club helped me settle in and improve significantly. CU Toastmasters can help develop you into a verbal ninja with various public speaking and communication methods. Learn from our excellent teachers to refine your communication.
