The Coburn Crew kicked off the Holiday Season with a FUN day of Curling at Rock Creek Curling! Thank you, for having us! ⭐️

Just completed in the fall of 2020, Tungsten Village brings much needed affordable housing to Nederland. The 26 unit apartment building was designed in partnership with Boulder County Housing Authority to fit carefully into the small mountain community.

We are so excited to start seeing residents at 0 Diagonal. The community areas are ready for Covid safe activities and the outdoor areas feel so homey and welcoming!

Unfortunately, due to Covid, our annual Oktcoburnfest will be postponed. We are as disappointed as you are! We are looking forward to having this celebration as soon as it becomes safe to do so! Stay safe. And stay tuned...
