Senderos Profesionales, a signature program I had the honor of directing, was sponsored by Impact on Education, and piloted back on 2017. I got to work with great colleagues.
Career Pathways aimed to provide 4 and 5 grade students with an opportunity to explore many career paths that led them to realize that the only way to do great work is to love what you do, as they explored different career paths to find their true passion. To grow and learn that we all play a significant role in life, family, and society and to embrace the joy of learning and exploring. I learned so much from all these students! Change is the end result of all true learning. Learning never exhausts the mind, for the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them!

Honest community engagement aims at providing access to knowledge and resources while developing a genuine partnership, and walking the talk holding each individual, family, and community accountable for their success!
Our community continues to become irreversibly empowered, curious and interdependent, with the constant movement of people, ideas, goods and resources. We continue to grow.
