You aren't alone! There are so many questions to be asked before and after floating!
For your float session you don't have to bring anything but yourself! We provide towels, toiletries, ear plugs, and so much more!
Float therapy can aid in scalp exfoliation and increase hair volume as well as remove toxins from skin resulting in heathlier looking skin☀️
Floating with colored hair is okay as long as it has been over two weeks since you have dyed your hair and it no longer comes out of your hair in the shower!
Pre float you should try to avoid shaving the day before to prevent any cuts which can sting a little in the float tank. We provide vasoline just in case you do have any cuts or scrapes which prevents them from stinging in the tank. Eating a meal or snack before you float can help eliminate any noise coming from your stomach so you can experince sensory isolation at its fullest! 🙏
