Hey there riders!
Starting this Monday I’ll be leading a “RECOVERY RIDE” starting at 7 AM from Logan’s espresso in North Boulder for VIBE Boulder.
This is a strictly enforced recovery ride Pace. Whether you’re recovering from racing over the weekend, a training block, or just want to have a nice easy group ride this ride is for you!
We will be alternating road and gravel every other week.

Doing heavy lifting in the gym this Winter. One of my goas for 2026 is to work on my sprint power. This can translate into so many avenues of racing whether it’s driving power on the flats during a long gravel race, smashing hills and undulating terrain, and of course pure sprinting for the win.
For aging athletes is also very important to lift heavy and keep that muscle mass up. Remember: “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” It’s tighter to get back once you do so, stay on the training!
