One of the biggest pitfalls when it comes to knowing that to choose when you want to eat healthier: focusing on wieghtloss and Counting calories rather than looking for real food. Companies do a really good job promoting their products as zero sugar, low calorie, low fat, light and all the other terms they use to indicate that their products would promote weightloss and have us believe that these products are healthy choices. Green labels, phrases like ‘sugar free’ ‘healthy choices’ ‘low fat’ and all these other misleading terms trigger us in thinking: ‘oh! This is healthy!’ When in reality, the artificial sugars in those products are more harmful to Your health Then real sugar; the low calorie counts indicates artificial, fake, processed & low nutrition ingredients and most likely high toxicity. On top of that your body NEEDS healthy fats and real food, so eating low fat, sugar free and low calorie products means you are depleting Your body and not allowing for it to receive the nutrition it needs.
