Support and connection are so important right now. My connections with supportive people have been actively helping me move through this challenging period. They have proved invaluable.

I feel called to give back. Starting tonight, I am sharing free group coaching on Zoom every Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm MT for the duration of this crisis.

Various tools will be shared with a focus on finding center, embracing what is present, the power of our perspective, and how to show up consciously for yourself and others in these unique times. Along with fear, there is also massive opportunity on multiple levels. There is room for us to explore all of it together.
