It’s the weekly Wednesday Spotlight!! This week we’re highlighting our amazing Executive Director, Lindsey! Before coming to Garden to Table, she was a music teacher, and she still subs for Monarch’s ensembles sometimes. She’s a beautiful pianist, an avid skier, and a great trail-runner to boot! She loves getting to spend time with her family outdoors when she’s not leading this wonderful organization. We feel lucky to have her as the head of Garden to Table! 💚

When she’s not in the gardens, planning events, meeting with funders, or working with volunteering groups, you can often find her cuddling her dog or playing cello in . It’s that time of year again- things are getting planted in the school gardens!! We can’t wait to see all of the beautiful vegetables popping up soon 😍
