Mikao Usui believed that while Reiki had been discovered to help the body heal, his main focus had always been on cultivating a peaceful mind.

The Gokai serve as daily reminders for folk to return to an internal environment that is reflective and responsive, rather than a state that attempts to use emotions to grasp for control

The principles teach us how to work with emotions like worry and anger, rather than being paralyzed or engulfed in them. 🔥⚡

REIKI & ACCUNECT FOR INJURY AND SURGERY RECOVERY

A client from a few months back just sent this testimonial in and I wanted to share it with you all 🫂

This lovely person came to see me for a pre-surgery session. Throughout the course of our time together, we worked on inviting their body into a relaxed state while I employed Nentatsu-ho and began a distance-future treatment for the duration of the surgery and expected recovery.
