We’re thrilled to kick off Phase II of this extraordinary home transformation, and it’s truly a pleasure to bring our clients’ vision to life. Together, we’re reimagining this beautiful family residence into a resort-style retreat designed for comfort, luxury, and effortless living.



With Schematic Design now complete, we’re diving into the exciting work of Design Development, refining every detail from structure and systems to landscape, interiors, and finishes. We’ll be thoughtfully shaping this project over the coming months, and we can’t wait to share progress along the way.

Demo Day to Dream Kitchen!

Demolition is now complete, removing the wall that once separated the old kitchen and dining rooms — making way for an expansive, light-filled kitchen.

This transformation opens up the space for an expansive kitchen featuring a full wall of custom pantry cabinetry, complete with an integrated coffee and tea station.
The new open-plan design enhances flow and connection, allowing for family cooking, dining, and entertainment.

Early planning is underway for a new single-family residence in Winter Park Highlands, carefully positioned among natural rock formations to capture sweeping 180° views of the Continental Divide. Instead of removing the existing boulders, the design incorporates them into the architecture and landscape, celebrating the character of the site.

Named Iwao no Kage (“Shade of the Rock”), this project is guided by the land itself—creating a home that feels rooted in its natural environment.

Our team is conducting detailed site analysis to determine the best relationship between the home and its surroundings, including sun exposure, wind patterns, access, and utilities. As we combine the project’s needs with the overall shape and layout of the building, multiple design studies will help refine how the home fits within the mountain terrain.
