Since the discovery of the vagus nerve in 1921, researchers and the like have unveiled incredible connections between this nerve and our general state of health. A healthy vagus nerve (vagal tone) has a direct correlation to optimal neurological, cardiovascular, emotional, digestive, immune, respiratory, and endocrine health.
