Our favorite part of a job that brings us into many homes is meeting dogs. We meet dogs every day. So, we’ve decided to start a dog blog. We’re getting a great start with King! What a good boy!

Let’s talk about rentals. We often see situations where tenants either cause problems or ignore small issues until they become big ones. At this job a new tenant reported to the property manager that the dryer didn’t seem to be working well. What we found was a real mess. The transition duct had been smashed behind the dryer and lint had become impacted in the machine. Looks like the previous tenant had also spilled at least one bottle of soap behind the machines, ruining the floor.
With regularly scheduled maintenance we can help prevent situations like this from happening.

This customer purchased a new home in Boulder and discovered the dryer was venting into a the garage. They wanted to run new ducting outside but were concerned as the only way out was through 9 inches of solid concrete. Jobs that seem impossible, jobs that other companies won’t touch, are no problem for Safe Dryers!
