My students and lab are trying to fundraise to support our ability to continue to study changes in mental health for young adults before and during COVID-19. We can learn a lot about how young adults cope with stress and the changes that social isolation and uncertainty has posed on different paths of wellness and vulnerability. Psychologist launches #TalkMentalIllness course for the masses 01/20/2021

Grateful to announce Dr. Gruber's brand new course for the public on Coursera at University of Colorado Boulder. Contains a series of 37 interviews with leading experts, scholars and public health advocates in mental illness, health and science of happiness. Course launches in early February -- stay tuned!
